Every apartment we curate across Marbella's four distinct micro-markets — golf-valley Nueva Andalucía, marina-front Puerto Banús, the gated Sierra Blanca and Golden Mile hillside, and the walkable Old Town, plus the eastern beach belt out to Elviria and Cabopino. Each one visited, photographed and honestly described before we list it. In a town this internally varied, the neighbourhood decides far more than the floor plan, so that is where we start.

If you're new to this — or you've been searching the portals and want a second pair of eyes on a shortlist — start with a 30-minute call. The first conversation is free, with no obligation to engage further. We tell you what's realistic for your budget, what to watch out for in this segment, and whether we're the right fit.

Apartments in Marbella · frequently asked

Questions buyers actually ask.

What does an apartment in Marbella cost per square metre? +

The spread is the widest on the coast because Marbella is four markets in one — roughly €4,800/m² in central Nueva Andalucía up to €11,000/m²+ on the Golden Mile. The price column above shows where our current shortlist sits; we always start from neighbourhood and condition rather than a headline figure.

Which Marbella neighbourhood gives the best value per m²? +

Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro de Alcántara, consistently — golf-valley and town living a few minutes back from the Puerto Banús and Golden Mile premium. The eastern beach urbanizaciones around Elviria and Cabopino are the next step out for space-led buyers.

Can a non-resident buy an apartment in Marbella? +

Yes, identically to a Spanish resident. You'll need an NIE, a Spanish bank account and a local lawyer — we coordinate all three. Marbella has one of the highest foreign-owner shares on the coast, so most buildings already run an English-speaking comunidad.
